Are you ready for guests at your church?
I once went into a small town print shop to get prices.
The front of the shop was quite messy with piles of stuff around. When I asked, I had a very difficult time getting solid prices on printing. There was no brochure or printed price guide. All I came away with was their business card.
To make matters worse, they had taken a pen and marked out a phone number on the card! At a print shop!!
Needless to say, I’ve never been back.
This reminds me of the importance of being ready for people to walk through the door. This principle holds true in business, but also in the church.
Are you ready for guests to walk through your church doors?
What do they see, smell, and experience when they enter?
Do you have a way to welcome them, direct them, minister to them, and encourage them to return?
How about follow-up?
Let me encourage you to give some serious thought to this important part of ministry.
Even some simple steps can go a long way in encouraging them to return.
